As the year draws to a close, it feels like the perfect time to pause and look back at the incredible journey we’ve had at Revise Recruitment. It’s been a whirlwind of growth, achievements, and amazing moments that have collectively shaped our 2023 story. In this blog I’d like to take a minute to run through our 2023 timeline, reflect on some of the highlights from the year and thank everyone for making it happen!

We launched on March 8th, 2023, coinciding with International Women’s Day. Which is a fitting reflection of our core values of inclusivity and empowerment. This special beginning set the tone for everything that followed…

April brought us a big win at Revise Recruitment – we placed our very first candidate. This was a big deal for us, not just because it was a business milestone, but it really hit home what we’re all about. It’s one thing to match skills on paper, but another to actually find someone a job they’re excited about. We dug deep, getting to know what our candidate was all about and what they were looking for in their career. Finding them a role that was a perfect fit felt amazing – it wasn’t just a job filled, it was a dream job landed, and that’s something that still makes us smile.

With an average time of just 27 days to fill a role, we’ve outpaced industry norms with our efficiency. This not only demonstrates our commitment to swift and effective service but also our knack for finding the perfect fit between candidates and roles.

The range of salaries for the roles we’ve filled, from $65k to $280k, highlights the diversity of our work. We’ve catered to a vast spectrum of professions, showcasing our versatility and dedication to serving a broad range of needs in the job market.

Expanding our horizons, 2023 saw us working across 2 countries and 4 time zones, all whilst maintaining our signature stakeholder first service. This global reach has not only enhanced our capabilities but also allowed us to tap into an incredibly diverse talent pool, enriching our services with international perspectives.

Our blog has been a hive of activity. With 24 entries this year, we’ve covered a range of topics designed to inform, assist, and inspire our readers. It’s been a joy to share our insights and experiences with the community, all while sparking some important discussions in our comment sections.

Attending three conferences this year was another highlight. These events provided us with invaluable opportunities to learn, network, and stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments.

Our team’s growth has been one of the most exciting aspects of this year. From starting as a solo venture to now being a team of four, each member has brought their unique skills and insights, enriching our company culture and the services we provide. We can’t wait to see what’s next for the Revise team as we continue to grow and expand!
