To re-vise is to make new, amend, improve and/or update a version of something existing. This is the philosophy that led to the establishment of Revise Recruitment. Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the Membership Industry, Revise is devoted to providing specialised recruitment services to the Peak Bodies, Memberships, and Associations sector.
We understand that engaging a recruitment agency is not a decision taken lightly and will involve a high degree of trust and faith. Utilising over 20 years of service across Australia and the UK, Revise was also founded to continually evolve the recruitment engagement experience and adapt efficiencies to the ever evolving needs of clients, the sector and candidates alike.

Louise Roper Director & Principal Recruiter
My passion for the recruitment industry led to establishing Revise Recruitment. With a deep understanding, honed experience and proven track record within the peak bodies, memberships and association sector, I’m committed to providing a professional, personable, customised service that exceeds expectations.
As an active member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA) and the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), I’m dedicated to contributing to the evolution of recruiters and recruitment agencies. I work closely with a number of membership bodies to share knowledge of best practices with industry peers via training, facilitation, and mentoring.
As an Australia wide agency, you’ll find me at various industry events including Association Forum and AuSAE conferences, as I have a genuine passion for the sector in which I support.
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid ocean swimmer, reformer Pilates addict and always keen for a sunny or snowy adventure. Partial to good concert, dark chocolate and time with friends, you will regularly see me traversing between the east and west coasts.
Kay Roxburgh Finance & Recruitment Consultant
Kay has extensive experience in recruitment, finance and operations. She has worked with Louise in the UK and Australia since 2005. Kay supports the operations and accounts function at Revise bringing a refreshing and supportive attitude.
She is authentic, tenacious, loves a spreadsheet and all things numbers. A natural organiser, Kay juggles multiple roles supporting Revise to be the chosen agency for peak bodies, memberships and associations.
When she’s not crunching numbers and making lists, Kay can be found dancing in the kitchen with her family, singing in the car, being a paw parent to her pup Roxy or reading a good book.
Diana Lesko Recruitment Coordinator & EA
Starting her career in recruitment in 2023, Diana quickly became a key player in the team, working closely with Louise as an Executive Assistant. Her role includes keeping the day-to-efficiencies on track, talking with candidates, and organising appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Diana is currently studying for a Business degree at the University of Technology, majoring in Human Resources and Management. Her studies aim to combine book smarts with hands-on experience at Revise. Her commitment to both work and education shows her dedication to growing professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Diana loves keeping up with the latest fashion trends and expressing her creativity through baking.
Sam Wignall Recruitment Consultant
With over 15 years of experience navigating the corporate landscape, Sam brings a wealth of expertise in procedural improvement, business efficiency, and software integration. Through years of analysing the dynamics of high-performing teams, she has developed a deep understanding of the importance of candidate selection and became passionate about finding the perfect match between people and roles.
Sam’s approach to work is anchored in the belief that every individual possesses unique talents and strengths. Her mission is to uncover those qualities and align them with the right opportunities, creating a synergistic relationship that benefits both the individual and the organisation.
Beyond the confines of work, Sam is an avid bookworm, pizza aficionado, and cherishes the time spent with her family.
